Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Western Travel Bug:

* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund * more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund * cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Thunder Jet Boating:

All tickets are non-refundable and 24 hours notice required for cancellations.

K'gari Explorer Tours (formerly Fraser Explorer Tours):

Tour itinerary may change due to tides and weather conditions. Please note we do not carry children under the age of 1. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non utilised components not refunded.

Drop Bear Adventures:

Thank you for booking your Fraser Island holiday with Drop Bear Adventures. Please call us on 1800 061 156 or text 0487 333 606 to confirm your booking 24hours prior to your tour departure date. Pickup time in Noosa is 7am and if you are departing from Hervey Bay you need to meet at Hervey Bay Flashpackers at 8am unless you are staying at Colonial Village or Woolshed. Passengers are only permitted to bring a small weekend bag and all large backpacks must remain in storage either at our office in Noosa or with your accommodation provider unless authorised. All main meals are provided and we ask that you bring your own snacks and alcohol (cool boxes are provided). Please see our website www.dropbearadventures.com.au for further details on what to bring and tour itinerary’s. Please note that tour components not utilised are non-refundable and price is subject to change without notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

The Discovery Group reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles, amend tour timings and itinerary without prior notification. Minimum numbers apply. Prices are subject to change and a surcharge is applied to all tours over public holiday periods. Directors, management and staff shall not be responsible or liable for death of or injury to any person, or loss of / damage to any property due to persons negligence.
