Cancellation Policy:
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent:
Cancellation Fees: Day Tours
Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours
Amendment Fees: Day Tours
A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.

IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us. Aussie Perth Tours:
If for any reason (weather, road blocks, minimum numbers not achieved) we can no longer operate a scheduled tour, we will refund the cost of the tour to those clients who have made advance payments in full.
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee applies to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend all clients have travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once a booking is made, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation by the client:
30+ days prior to date of travel – no charge
30 to 15 days before departure – 25% charge
14 to 8 days before departure – 50% charge
7 days or less before departure or no-show – 100% charge
For personalised packaged tours, any deposits paid are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to the commencement of the tour. If you fail to join a tour or join it after scheduled departure, no tour amount will be refunded. Similarly, if you leave the tour before the scheduled conclusion, no amount of the tour will be refunded.
The above cancellation fees are in addition to cancellation fees that may be applied by accommodation providers or third party tour and transport service providers.
